version 2.0 hotfix

we've updated version 2.0's download as we just found out we uploaded the wrong version

it will be the same as the regular 2.0 but has these minor changes  that weren't in the original 2.0 download

- the bathroom stall door and flare sounds should now be working in war edition as it dose in hell edition

- an updated screen graphic for the intermission text for map 31 when you use the normal exit in war edition

- a new screen graphic for the intermission text for map 31 when you use the secret exit to map 32
